[Mainline-Build 2683]:UI- wrong vxlan id shown in VN details when global config vxlan Id mode is changed

First global config->vxlan id mode was automatic.
few VN were created with this mode.

after that I changed vxlan id mode to user-configured.

1. the old VN's vxlan id is shown as "Unconfigured" in VN details in UI. however in agent introspect vxlan id is still configured with old vxlan id(automatically allotted earlier)

Now create new VN with user configured vxlan id and revert back mode to automatic in global config.

2. In this case, VN details shows wrong vxlan id but when I go in edit VN page, it still shows correct user configured vxlan id.

Fix validations, don't show vxlan in form when global mode is automatic.
Fix vCenter edit handlling
For sanity add hyphen in expansion (whenever empty data)
