Bug Description
The classes SourcePackageData and BinaryPackageData used by gina needs tests.
Also they should raise right exceptions for the wrong situations that can occurs.
Probably the actual implementation does not allow us to do both actions in a good and useful way so it needs a full refactor or reimplementation.
