Cannot navigate <div> for selecting Project (under Opera browser)

Bug Description
The page for editing a question lets me click "choose" to Select a Project which displays a floating <div>. However, under Opera (Opera v9.2x) the page height does not increase thus the entire div cannot be navigated.
In Firefox the page height increases, allowing me to scroll down to see the entire div.
