Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-bookmarksftp

When the bookmarksftp extension is enabled and a bookmark is added to the 'Bookmarks Toolbar Folder', that bookmark does not appear in the toolbar until Firefox is restarted. When the extension is not enabled, no restart is required.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the bookmarksftp extension from the 'Get Ubuntu Add-ons' manager and restart Firefox to enable it.
2. Bookmark any website and add it to the 'Bookmarks Toolbar Folder' and see that the bookmark appears in the Bookmarks menu, but does not appear in the toolbar.
3. Restart firefox and see that the bookmark now appears in the toolbar.
