When deleting subnet from Network Topology page error is not shown in case subnet deletion has failed.

No, Roman, these 2 are unrelated issues.

Olga, I investigated this bug a little bit and found that actually error messages are shown (as a demo user who has just _member_ role at 'admin' tenant try to delete a subnet from an admin's network). The problem with them is that each 'Delete Subnet' pressed increases response time by 10-20 seconds, which is initially already 16 seconds (significant delay). Can you confirm my findings you you're still observing a different issue?

Login to Horizon Dashboard as admin user
Navigate to Project -> Network Topology
Click on net and "delete subnet" button

Error window shows up on Network Topology page
