man page missing parameter (--auto-tune)

Actually, the man page is missing the "-auto-tune" option. It's being shown in "powertop --help".

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.

I see that powertop 2.8-1build1 in Ubuntu 16.04 and later has added a paragraph on --auto-tune, see http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/en/man8/powertop.8.html.
Therefore I believe this issue can be closed. (I also found a corresponding bug report in Debian, so I attached a bug watch).
