Fuel documentation states that nova-compute (VCDriver) service can run only on controller nodes

Fuel documentation for version 7.0 states that nova-compute service with
enabled vCenter can run only on Controller nodes, which is not true.

nova-compute with vCenter can run on 'compute-vmware' node.

Remove incorrect statements regarding nova-compute with vCenter

- Remove incorrect notes about running nova-compute with vCenter, beside
  running on Controller, nova-compute can also run on node with
  'compute-vmware' role
