[cobbler-profiles]Different naming for cobbler flavor

Currently we have different flavor naming for same "instance" around whole fuel ecosystem
At least :
1) fuel-menu https://github.com/openstack/fuel-menu/blob/master/fuelmenu/settings.yaml#L70
2) fuel-library https://github.com/openstack/fuel-library/blob/master/deployment/puppet/nailgun/manifests/cobbler.pp#L43-L47

I propose to change all this parts to one logic:
'ubuntu_bootstrap'
'centos_bootstrap'
Also, it will simplify future project expansion (multiply bootstrap flavors and etc)
