Last chat message should show meaningful text for non-text messages

When listing all conversations (where you can read last message of each conversations) or when reading notification, telegram-app should allow to read a backup and readable string.

For example, if you download the telegram linux client, when listing chats or receiving a notifications, you will read "emoji-code (sticker)" instead of a blank line.

Please could you clarify the full steps to reproduce this?

From what I got from the description:
- I am on chat list
- Receive a message containing just an emoji,
- The preview message is blank

However I do see the relevant emoji in the preview message. (See attachment)

Hi,

The steps does NOT include "receiving an emoji" in a message, but using emoji as a "backup" for sticker :

I receive a sticker on telegram-official-desktop-app
I go on chat list,
I can see (on the last message area) a 'backup' and readable replacment of the sticker
This replacement is usually a string + emoji: "(sticker) 😂"

I receive a sticker on telegram-ubuntu-app
I go on chat list,
I can see (on the last message area) an empty area
There is no readable replacement

This is the same issue for the notification bubble telegram-official-desktop-app vs telegram-ubuntu-app

Note: I think this bug does not affect anymore image message in the notification bubble since we can now read "%sender_nick% has sent a photo to the group". But the bug is still here for sticker, obviously :)

Android Telegram shows "Photos" when a photo is the latest message of the chat,
and shows "<emoji> Sticker" when the latest message is an emo.

We need to manage a way to show reasonable information text to our user.

Requirements @paz:

- When you or a user sends a photo or sticker to a conversation the 'last message' (on the chat list under each of the chat title), should show "Photo/Sticker".
This only applies and message is shown to the user when sending/receiving a photo or sticker.
