Sergey, can you point out to the exact test broken, upload new logs?
For this specific issue, I'm pretty sure it will be hard to reproduce and as such to figure out real cause of it. So if you guys hit it next time, please don't kill environment - pass it to developers right away untouched.

We need to have a broken env to troubleshoot. Thanks!
