Some useful logs from nodes are not included to fuel diagnostic snapshot

Some useful for troubleshooting logs from nodes
are not included to fuel diagnostic snapshot.

To solve issues with create/start/stop/remove instances
we're need configs/logs from Nova, Neutron, libVirt, Syslog
and instance console.log (if exist):

    - /var/log/libvirt/qemu/instance*.log
    - /var/log/libvirt/libvirtd.log
    - /var/log/neutron/*.log
    - /var/log/nova/*.log
    - /var/log/*-all.log
    - /var/log/syslog
    - /var/lib/nova/instances/*/console.log
    - /var/lib/nova/instances/*/libvirt.xml

    Add new configs/logs to the fuel diagnostic snapshot

    This commit adds some useful configs/logs to the fuel diagnostic
    snapshot to help solve issues with instances.
