No support for notification area (in MATE 1.12.0)

Bug Description

This program does not support new notification area system. It's not visible on MATE 1.12.0.

I can see notifications (Take a a break started / stopped), but no tray icon is visible, I couldn't access to any interface or something for this program.

yes but only once there is no tray icon.

I think I have the same problem in Ubuntu Mate 18.04.3 64bit. I selected the effect "Countdown Message", but it don't show up. Here is the terminal output:
