Bug Description
Steps:
1. Login to Fuel as admin.
2. Navigate to Plugins page: http://<fuel_ip>
3. Click on "Plugins Catalog" link.
Expected to get here: https:/
Actually, get there: http://
Or this is expected since whole Fuel code moved to open source?
