Destination of Plugins Catalog link in Fuel

Steps:
1. Login to Fuel as admin.
2. Navigate to Plugins page: http://<fuel_ip>:8000/#plugins
3. Click on "Plugins Catalog" link.

Expected to get here: https://www.mirantis.com/products/openstack-drivers-and-plugins/fuel-plugins/
Actually, get there: http://stackalytics.com/report/driverlog?project_id=openstack%2Ffuel

Or this is expected since whole Fuel code moved to open source?

Can't reproduce the issue. Could you please provide an environment to check?

That's expected behaviour - we show different link depending on 'mirantis' feature group: https://github.com/openstack/fuel-web/blob/master/nailgun/static/views/plugins_page.js#L110

There plugin catalog link corresponds to the ISO feature groups in a right way. The issue is invalid.
