I have created a change which covers repo creation for this yet another fuel plugin[1]. Please be informed that every fuel plugin repo name starts with 'fuel-plugin-' prefix.

So now we have to wait till openstack infra roots review and merge the change. Please also review it and if it looks ok for you then please score +1.

Hello Rick,

FYI the change has been merged and I have added you to the gerrit acl groups of the project.
However, please be informed that I was not able to add "<email address hidden>" to these gerrit acl groups - looks like there is no such account registered on review.openstack.org.

Also, you as a group member of core & release groups are able to add any new member as you like via the review.openstack.org webui.

Please login to review.openstack.org, git clone from there a repository and then using your gerrits username do:
git add .
git commit
git review.
