If I use an application where I don't need mouse, for example a terminal.
After clicking on it I use the keyboard, and the mouse pointer remains on the icon.
If the mouse somehow moves a bit over the icon, the tooltip appears over the window,
and don't disappear while I remove the pointer from it, which is very annoying.
