We have failed iso build on fuel-ci https://ci.fuel-infra.org/job/8.0-community.all/ with errors:

make: *** No rule to make target `openstack-yaml'. Stop.
Build step 'Execute shell' marked build as failure

Problems could be caused by openstack-yaml section removed in this change:
