Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a VM using libvirt
- Add an HDD with bus='virtio'
- Add a network interface with "Device model" set to 'virtio'
- Add a CDROM and attach an image with Fuel ISO to it
- Start VM, chose in boot menu 1 or 2, press Enter.
Extected result: after loading ks.cfg, VM start to install packages
Actual result: after loading ks.cfg, VM started a dracut emergency shell instead of provisioning.
If "Device model" for network interface set to 'e1000', installing of Fuel is going fine.

Dennis, you can't just 'chose in boot menu 1 or 2', because they differs much. If you select 2 you *must* configure MAC address in boot parameters. Only 1 can be used without additional modifications.
BTW, I don't see ISO build number here.
