Do we really need it? vi works just fine

vim preferable because vi don't have syntax highlighting by default

btw, just FYI:

[root@fuel ~]# rpm -qf /usr/bin/vim
vim-enhanced-7.4.160-1.el7.x86_64
[root@fuel ~]# cat /etc/fuel_release
10.0
[root@fuel ~]#

looks like we have vim, and color highlighting works well)
