Bug Description

Commit https://review.openstack.org/#/c/246941/ was reverted by https://review.openstack.org/#/c/254962/ according to import of class that marked with @test decorator leads to double group execution, please update this reverted commit (use our base class behavior or just add separate tests with deploy in review_ostf.py file)
