Sarah Hobbs (recently added to ubuntu-archive in her capacity as a release team member, but who since she isn't a Canonical employee doesn't have shell access to drescher) accepted clamav 0.91.2-3ubuntu2 using the +queue web UI. No mail was sent to gutsy-changes about this. Comparing lib/canonical/launchpad/browser/queue.py with lib/canonical/launchpad/scripts/queue.py, it seems to me that there is no code to do this; the code that sends announcements is missing from the implementation of +queue while it's present in the implementation of the command-line queue tool.
This means that at the moment we cannot recommend that people accept packages using the +queue web UI except in emergencies, which is unfortunate from the point of view of Sarah being able to do release work. Please could you fix this as soon as possible?
(I've confirmed, by the way, that the upload in question was indeed properly accepted and published.)
