[UI] Fat flow config should not accept 0 as a valid UDP/TCP port

Bug Description

R2.20 112 Ubuntu 14.04 Juno multi-node

The UI accepts port 0 in protocol TCP/UDP for fat flow. This is getting downloaded to vrouter too with port 0 and would not match anything

We should disallow people entering 0 in port field.
The tooltip should also be corrected

Zero validation is added to fat flow protocal value.

Zero value is allowed only to ICMP(Default Value)
TCP, UDP and SCTP protocal's port value cannot have
a zero

Fat flow / Mega flow is implemented in Port page.
