lack of the "display_name" when using gnocchi client to create resource

Bug Description
When gnocchi create resource with the volume type, we need to provide the "display_name".But when using cinder to create volume, we mustn't provide the display_name. We can just use the cli of "cinder create <size>".
The error log is as follow:
