Mouse cursor stuck at drag symbol if dragging some program window

Bug Description
To reproduce:
1) Start Krita
2) Point mouse cursor somewhere in the middle of Program window and drag that window (like with alt-click drag).
3) Mouse pointer "freezes" in dragging-hand symbol and mouse keys are no more responsible.
To get mouse back, you need to restart lightdm.
I'm using ubuntu Studio 15.10 with Xfce 4.12.

Just tried several times and was always able to reproduce this bug by dragging Smplayer window at the point as seen on the picture.
