Package fuel-rabbit-fence requires python-daemon [2] which is absent in our CentOS7 repo [3]

@Bogdan, sorry copy paste issue, python-daemon is missing in centos7 repo (fixed), so we probably need to rebuild it. Will assign to MOS team for comments
