Bug Description

After upgrade from Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela to Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa the brightness in every restart reset to maximum!
I know i had this issue a long time a go with Ubuntu 14.04.01 LTS and when i install Linux Mint it was ok but 3 days ago when i upgrade to the latest Linux Mint via Terminal it came back.

Kernel : Linux 3.19.0-32-generic (x86_64)
Default C Compiler : GNU C Compiler version 4.8.4 (Ubuntu 4.8.4-2ubuntu1~14.04)
Distribution : Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa (x64)
Desktop Environment : X-Cinnamon (cinnamon)

What i did (in terminal with root privileges):

apt update
apt upgrade
sed -i 's/rafaela/rosa/' /etc/apt/sources.list
sed -i 's/rafaela/rosa/' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/official-package-repositories.list
apt update
apt upgrade
apt dist-upgrade
