Bug Description
Current FindTaglib.cmake fails to find/detect taglib-1.10 properly due to version string comparision (instead of version compare). Patch attached to fix this (same approach as kde.org kdelibs' FindTaglib.cmake and amarok's FindTaglib.cmake that have been fixed already).
