webclient: Red font to highlight Lost items in patron summary extends to Non-Cataloged label

Bug Description
When a patron with lost items is retrieved in the web client, the patron summary correctly highlights the Lost label and value in red to bring attention to the fact that the patron has lost items. However, the red font also carries over to the next line, where we show the Non-Cataloged checkouts.

To test the patch:
Pre-patch, retrieve a patron record with lost transactions in the web client.
The non-cataloged count in the patron summary will be red. Apply the patch.
The count will no longer be red.
