Bug Description
On Linux (Debian 8) as of r5669 of the 2.0 branch, when two MIDI devices of the same model were active in the previous session, only one (the last to be enumerated) is automatically activated on the next startup. This is a regression from 1.11.
(I have not tested, but this may apply to HID devices as well, specifically where the devices don't report serial numbers or report them as all zeros.)

temporary workaround is to create a second/ third.. .etc... midi.xml file for each duplicate device rename the file #1, #2, #3, A, B, C...or whatever
