Need to upload CentOS image on SWARM/BVT servers

Hi CI team,

we need to upload new image to all slave nodes for BVT/SWARM jobs, because we are going to test integration with RHEL.

'fuel-' are reserved for Fuel ISO images and they are removed by cron
