Bug Description

Deployment on virtualized or lower spec nodes can fail due to insufficient time expected by wait-initial-sync. Linked[1] job failed, but Galera has been started few seconds after the exec hit the timeout.

    Increate try_sleep to 10 for Galera wait-initial-sync

    Deployment can fail under high load due to slow MySQL start.
