Scenario:
1. Create environment with 3 controllers, 2 computes and NeutronVLAN/VXLAN
2. Set MTU for bond with private and public net to 9000
3. Deploy environment
4. Verify networks
5. Check MTU on bonded interfaces
6. Run OSTF tests
7. Create additional private network and subnetwork
8. Plug new subnet into router
9. Boot two instances with different networks on different compute hosts
10. Ping one form another with 1472 bytes package
11. Ping one form another with 8972 bytes package
12. Ping one form another with 8973 bytes package
13. Ping one form another with 14472 bytes package
14. Terminate instances
