Kazam videos not playable on windows, mac

Videos I record are not playable on windows or mac desktops. I've had four people report them as errors to me in the past couple of days. Example video attached, as well as message from windows media player.

They upload to youtube just fine. And all of these people can play "mp4s", though I don't know precisely what codecs they have and what are missing.

Any news regarding this? The problem still exists. It would be great to have at least one Windows-compatible codec to choose.
