More details on track metadata parsing errors

"TrackInfoObject::parse() error at file ..." is not very helpful. I have a few files that show that error and I have no idea why Mixxx can't read the metadata on them but can from other files in the same directory ripped at the same time. Kid3 shows no problems.

Expand this message to say what the error is.

I suspect this may have something to do with special characters in the tags, like ' & . é

Does this happen with Mixxx 2.1 as well? Uwe has fixed some caracter encoding issues.

I also recommend testing those files with 2.1 as Daniel suggested. If the errors are still present in 2.1 you might provide an example file for analysis.

If there are still issues with reading/writing tags I will take care of them. TagLib offers to register a custom DebugListener for capturing error logs. The default listener prints to stderr.
