Modal does not return a result when closing

The angular wizard modal does not return a result when the modal is closed. It would be very helpful for the result of the submit() to be passed on when closing the modal so it can be handled.

    Pass result of submit to wizard modal close

    This passes the result of the submit function on to the modal close
    function that gets called when the wizard modal is closed. This
    allows the response to be handled following the wizard close.
