Bug Description

Package libtwin does not build on ppc64el platform as showed in the package build log on Ubuntu. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libtwin/13.05.03.15.06-g287d16c-2

The patch to get it building is quite simple, as just calling autoreconf. The patch could be found at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?att=1;bug=804273;filename=libtwin-ppc64el.debdiff;msg=5
