[SRU] FTBFS nclxd 0.18 on Ubuntu 14.04

[Impact]
Its not currently possible to backport nova-compute-lxd to Ubuntu 14.04 as due to a unit test failure - the test assumes x86_64 whereas the build is performed on a i386 build schroot.

I've cherry picked the fix for the failing test into a delta for the Liberty UCA for now; this will need to be SRU'ed as well.

Accepted nova-compute-lxd into wily-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nova-compute-lxd/0.18-0ubuntu3.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
