folder-color not showing up in folder context menu

On my Ubuntu Mate 15.10, the option to change folder colours does not show up in the context menu of my folders in caja, despite folder-color-caja being correctly installed. Restarting the machine or restarting caja did not solve this problem.
Caja version is 1.10.4

Caja Extensions only permitting one plugin to load at the same time.

Thank you very much for your swift reply.

For me, folder-color does not even show up in the extensions tab of caja's settings. I am running caja with multiple extensions that came pre-packaged with Ubuntu MATE Wily and they seem to work simultaneously. I tried to apply the following fix you proposed for fixing the issue:

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/girepository-1.0/Caja-2.0.typelib /usr/lib/girepository-1.0/Caja-2.0.typelib
caja -q

... but to no avail, as it did not fix the issue unfortunately.

Could you give me the exit of this command:
ls /usr/share/caja-python/extensions/

> sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/girepository-1.0/Caja-2.0.typelib
/usr/lib/girepository-1.0/Caja-2.0.typelib
This is just for 64bits and in Ubuntu MATE is working by default without
need of that ;)

deja.py deja.pyc folder-color.py folder-color.pyc

I ran the ln command after the folder color didn't show up in the context menu and I saw that you recommended it to fix the issue on another website.

Then, yes, you have 2 caja extensions installed and I think that is the bug
in the last Caja.
Could you remove the deja-dup extesion for test if it is that?

I see that both mentioned extensions are python-based. It is indeed a bug which we hope to fix before 1.14 release (but we can't promise anything):

Fix released in Caja 1.12.5 (and will also be available in the future 1.14 release). Please wait for it to land in the repos.

Sorry, we found a problem in 1.12.5 that prevented the fix from working. Proper fix is in 1.12.6.
The fix should land in the official MATE repo for 15.10 soon:

Please note that you'll need to upgrade the whole MATE to 1.12 from that repo. I'm not sure whether 1.10 would be updated as well.
