Hello,

if you copy a text using another app to the clipboard the filemanager will recognize it as non file url and then understands the clipboard is empty even it is not. Does it help?

I thought tha I needed to empty the clipboard to be able to view hidden files.
In the upper right area there are tree icons.
If you didn't select a file you may click on the central icon and then you can click to view hidden files.
When you have selected a file you may click the right icon and then choose Properties. Then you may activate show hidden files.
I didn't know it. This way you needn't empty clipboard. So the bug ins finished!
