constellation art brightness and zooming

After changing constellation art brightness, zooming resets the previous brightness. GUI keeps the freshly-set value.

V0.14, Win7-64pro, Geforce GTX 580M.

It's using value from config.ini for default brightness - why you expected different behaviour here?

when I zoom after changing my preference to something else, I expect brightness to stay at this setting at least until I change again or quit program. I certainly don't expect constellation brightness to change when I zoom.

For current behaviour was created the feature request one year ago: https://bugs.launchpad.net/stellarium/+bug/1294483

For saving a both versions of behaviour we can introduce new config option :-/

I'm added small fix for fading out behaviour of constellations art: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~stellarium/stellarium/trunk/revision/8063 and http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~stellarium/stellarium/0.14/revision/8011

The problem is more involved: art intensity is controlled by stelMovementMgr, but the gui sets it directly in constellationMgr. I am going to fix that now.
