New window doesn't inherit profile

Enable Preferences -> Re-use profiles for new terminals.

Open a new tab or new pane -> re-uses profile as expected.

Open a new window (either with the Ctrl+Shift+I shortcut, or using the menu entry from bug 1518693) -> comes up with default profile.

1518693 not applied at the moent, so half of patch is currently applied. Will need to pull in last chunk if 1518693 does get merged.

I've updated the patch at 1518693 so that we don't need to look back at this bug anymore :)
