Bug Description

LaunchActionPlanCommand does not inherit from ApplierCommand correctly. Indeed, one should find "super()" within the __init__() method.

    Added LaunchActionPlanCommand's init super call

    Added the missing super() call in the LaunchActionPlanCommand class
    __init__() method, as it was requested.
