Few VM flows not deleted even after VM got deleted

R2.20 Build 108 with latest vrouter-agent and vrouter.ko from Naveen (has few fixes)

Create a VM in a VN
Let it boot
Then delete the VM

It is seen that flows corresponding to the DNS transactions and metadata IP were still present in flow table output
