Bug Description
Current behaviour:
$ magnum baymodel-create --name k8sbaymodel \
> --image-id fedora-21-atomic-5 \
> --keypair-id INVALID_KEYPAIR \
> --external-
> --dns-nameserver 8.8.8.8 \
> --flavor-id m1.small \
> --docker-
> --network-driver flannel \
> --coe kubernetes
ERROR: Not Found (HTTP 404)
It should return a better error message
