Bug Description
I would suggest to add some labels to the modifiers pane of the parameters window, to clearly identify that the first items are related to the scroll wheel, while the other items are related to mouse click. It will make things more obvious.

this should be fixed by trunk revision 1972 or later using two group boxes to visually separate the two modifier categories.
