'juju help' Provider information is out of date

Noticed some providers are not listed in the help dialogue, e.g. ssh, Google Compute Engine, Rackspace. Also has HP Cloud which should be removed, as it is being sunset on January 31, 2016.

Not all of the providers have help commands associated with them. The only one we were missing that does was the MAAS provider, so I've added that.
