There are no method to update ec2's credentials

At the moment, we can view the credentials of ec2 in Horizon.
( button of "view credentials" in [Project] - [Access & Security] )

But, we are not able to delete or update ec2's credentials in Horizon.
If information of access key and secret key were leaked out, it will be dangerous situation from the point of view of security.

Thus, at least I think we should change to be able to delete or update it.

We can reset EC2 credentials via CLI, so the importance of the bug is Medium (or Low).

    Add function to recreate ec2 credential

    At the moment, we can view the credentials of ec2 in Horizon.
    But we can not delete or update it.
    When information of access key and secret key were leaked out,
    it would be nice if we can regenerate a credentials via not only
    CLI but also Horizon.

    Thus we need to provide a function user can change ec2
    credentials when user want to do it.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/horizon 9.0.0.0rc1 release candidate.
