Vincent, IMHO the repo name like "fuel-plugin-6wind-virtual-accelerator" will be ok (please notice the low capital letters).

Not yet to close, since I need to add the specified by you developers into project's gerrit acl groups(core/release). So right now I have requested from openstack infra to add me as a first group member to these groups, after which Ill be able to add you. Please stay tuned.

By the way, Vincent, please specify the members of Core and Release groups. These groups have a bit different purpose. For instance members of a Release group can create a branch/signed tags.

Ok, Ive added the menioned accounts to specific groups. Please keep in mind that any group member can add others to that group.
