Bug Description

Hi,
after upgrading to Lubuntu 15.10, opening folder is slow, every time i click to new folder it shows "waiting cursor" for cca 2 seconds, and then opens it. No matter folder is empty or have many file/folder in ti - it is always slow.

It so painful now to browse through file tree structure, so I installed Thunar file manager as temporary workaround (not so useful for me).

I found similar issues wit some linux file managers described on the net, like this:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1816298
but no solution for me described here.

When using pcmanfm as root it works right, so some suggestions are that grants could be reason for problems.

Can anyone can help with debugging - how to found cause and solution ?

Thank you!

All actions you describe are working as expected on a Lubuntu 15.10 system with LXQt from ppa:lubuntu-dev/lubuntu-daily here that was installed from scratch. Also, similar problems can not be seen running latest VCS checkouts of LXQt on Arch Linux.
IMO this is suggesting the problem could be related to the upgrade procedure.

To further track you could remove all relevant directories and files in ~/.config and ~/.local as well as ~/.cache, the latter completely, all while no session is running and see what happens if you start over.

Is this still a problem with the latest Lubuntu Next image?

For now, I will mark this as Incomplete as there is not enough information to reproduce this bug.
