Bug Description
After update to 15.10 from 15.04 system after some time running have issues with `skype`, `krusader`, `qmmp` rendering and `postgres` starting:
- rendering - window can't be rendered correctly - layout broken, gray parts of window, text rendered over text - application runned but complettly unusabele
- starting postgres - postgres can't start with error that cannot allocate shared memory
When I increase `shmmni` from 4096 to more and restart app issues gone: `sudo sysctl -w kernel.
This issue reproduced on my home laptop and work PC with runned `terminal`, `postgres`, `nginx`, `firefox`, `krusader`, `pycharm`.
