Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdmtheme
In Kubuntu / gutsy, I can no longer change themes or turn kdm themes off. If I change the settings in kcontrol, in administrator mode, the changes are lost after I hit apply. This is unfortunate, as kubuntu doesn't seem to have a graphic designer, and the default kdm theme is not great.

In Gutsy KDM theme manager is broken. Changing settings and then saving doesn't have any effect.
Installing new themes also does not work
